Recognizing the importance of the arts for all, the OCNY Arts Council is dedicated to building a bridge between artists, arts and cultural organizations and the community, helping to expand arts education, arts services and arts programming. Through these goals, the Council hopes to encourage the creative spirit in every member of our community.

STUDENT ARTS SHOWCASE

For over a decade, local schools from across the county have come together to showcase the talented K-12 grade students living in our area. The event features an exhibition of teacher- selected visual art, live sneak-peek performances of high school musicals, and more.

OC LIVE!

Our end of summer blowout is designed as an opportunity to invite all to participate in a professional arts festival celebrating the diversity of our community.

CREATIVE IMPACT CONFERENCE

This annual business conference provides an opportunity to discuss the impact of the arts on the economy and business success. Directly intended to include non-arts businesses, this day of keynotes, presentations, workshops, and conversation encourages the inclusion of creativity and art within our broader community.

SUSTAINABLE ARTS PROGRAM

This multi-year grant program provides artists and arts staff with funding for projects and works while providing training for sustainable business practices to encourage continual arts growth in our community. Resources from this program are also available to our members.

ARTS SUPPORT SERVICES

For artists and non-arts entities alike, a group of professional advisors and arts organizers are ready to help with legal counsel, business development, financial planning, and more. We support the success of artists and those wishing to connect with the arts community.

OCNY ART AFFAIR

An inventive soiree designed to bring awareness to the community and key stakeholders of the current state of the arts in our county. Featuring a coalition of selected artists commissioned to create unique work performed, presented, and developed for this event. This event also features the annual Orange County Art Awards and serves as the primary fundraiser for the Arts Council.

Serving all who work, live, or play within Orange County through organizational partnerships, support service offerings, strategic programming, and essential connections for success.
