We’ll be back in the office and ready for a fresh start on Monday, January 5. Thank you for being part of our vibrant arts community. We wish you a joyful, restful, and creative holiday season - and we can’t wait to connect again in the new year! Arts Organizations - Tell Us What’s on Your 2026 Calendar! As we begin to wind down 2025, we’re already diving into planning for our 2026 programming and events. Please share your upcoming calendar with us so we can better avoid potential scheduling conflicts and continue to support our Orange County arts community as effectively as possible. Email your 2026 events to connect@ocartscouncil.org -  we look forward to collaborating with you! The OCNYAC is looking for hosts for monthly Arts Mixers at locations across the county. Mixers must be free and open to the public but can coincide with another free or for-purchase event - concert, performance, gallery opening, etc. Let’s fill your space! What is needed from you: specify your date and be ready to host (bites and drinks are encouraged but not required). What we offer: promotion of the mixer as an OCNYAC event with additional visibility on our emails and socials. One mixer is available per month, don’t wait to reserve your spot! Artists aged 18 and older who share AOOA’s passion for exploring the dynamic relationship between art, nature, and sustainable agriculture are encouraged to apply. Full Mid Hudson News Article HERE CPW Launches “Upstate Photography Biennial” With Open Call for Artists The Center for Photography at Woodstock (CPW), based in Kingston, has announced an open call for the inaugural Upstate Photography Biennial. Opening May 30 and running through September 6, the exhibition will feature up to 30 artists working across straight photography, documentary, experimental work, installation, and video.
